Welcome to Laneproof. By accessing or using our document extraction services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Laneproof ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Laneproof is a Dual-AI document extraction platform designed exclusively for the freight and logistics industry. We process incoming logistics documents, specifically Bills of Lading (BOLs), Invoices, and Rate Confirmations, to extract structured data and detect invoice exceptions computationally.

3. API Usage and Limits

We provide different tiers of service, including a Free Sandbox and various paid plans.

• Free Sandbox: Accounts on the Free Sandbox tier are strictly limited to 20 documents per month. This tier is for evaluation only.
• Programmatic Access: API keys for automated extraction are available only to Starter, Professional, and Operations tiers.
• Fair Use: You agree not to circumvent rate limits, attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying extraction logic, or use our API for competitive benchmarking.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We understand the sensitive nature of freight rates and logistics data. We process documents submitted to the platform using third-party AI providers (Anthropic and Google). We do not use your proprietary documents to train our core foundation models, nor do we sell your extracted data to third-party freight networks. Original uploaded documents are stored in encrypted private cloud storage for document preview and audit purposes, accessible only to your account. 5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and are non-refundable.

If you downgrade your plan to a lower tier, the new data limits and pricing will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade to a higher tier, the new data limits take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current cycle.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

While our Dual-AI validation architecture significantly reduces hallucination and improves accuracy compared to standard OCR, Laneproof does not guarantee 100% data extraction perfection.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. You, the user, are ultimately responsible for the final reconciliation and approval of any payments, deductions, or charges originating from data extracted by our platform. Laneproof shall not be held liable for any financial losses resulting from undetected invoice discrepancies.
