What counts as a document?

Each file you upload for extraction counts as one document — regardless of how many fields or pages it contains. A 10-page invoice is still one document.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade immediately and your new limit takes effect right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

The Free Sandbox gives you 20 documents per month permanently — no trial period needed. That's enough to validate the product on real freight documents before committing.

How does API access work?

API keys let you send documents to Laneproof programmatically from your TMS, Zapier, Make, or any custom integration. API access is currently in beta on Starter and above.
